Event report
BonaVibra Fest 2025 Zona +500, CataloniaWithin the framework of the BonaVibra Fest 2025, Noumena hosted the second demonstration event for the ICAERUS Crop Monitoring use case. This activity showcased how drone technologies, artificial intelligence models, and data-driven approaches are transforming agricultural practices and supporting sustainability in viticulture.
Set in the vineyards of the Zona +500 wine region in Catalonia, the demonstration served as a live example of how aerial data collected by drones can be used to monitor crop health, detect stress conditions and optimize vineyard management. Organized by the Agrupació de Agricultors de El Pla de Manlleu, the event was supported by several technological and scientific partners, including Noumena (ICAERUS), Computer Vision Center, INCAVI and INNOVI (CarbonFlow).
These initiatives offered a multidisciplinary perspective on how technology, science and creativity can converge to promote environmental awareness and innovation in rural contexts. Local producers also participated in the event, presenting their wines and fruits, fostering a vibrant exchange between scientific research, local production and music.
By combining a festive atmosphere with scientific outreach, the various projects, including the ICAERUS UC1, reflected the spirit of the event: promoting the exchange of knowledge, encouraging collaboration between researchers, farmers and the community, and encouraging the use of technology to support agricultural practices.
