This page features the final, validated business and governance models developed for the 5 ICAERUS Use Cases. A summary of each interconnected business and governance model is provided along with all 3 layers of the Triple Layer Business Model canvases used to visualize and develop the models. Their validation process is also documented, which involved follow up surveys and meetings with the use cases themselves, and the integration of the 20 open call trials. The project utilises the Triple Layered Business Model Canvas (TLBMC) as its primary visualization tool. The TLBMC moves beyond conventional, profit-centric business planning to provide a holistic framework that examines the business model simultaneously across economic, environmental, and social dimensions. By employing this tool, innovators and stakeholders can visualize different interaction patterns and service architectures without forcing critical sustainability or social governance considerations into the margins of an otherwise purely commercial model.
